GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Drivers

Drivers/ Hire must be over 25 years of age with at least 2 years of driving experience. Over 65 Years of age must supply a doctor’s Certificate.

St. lucia Local Driver Permit

A local St. lucia Driver permit is Mandatory and this can be issue at the time of collecting the vehicle.

Insurance 

All Vehicles are covered third party personal injury coverage. There is Refundable Deposit of USD $500 that can be paid online on our site or placed in person when you collect the vehicle. It will be reimbursed once there are no claims apply. Payments are processed in the US dollar equivalent to your local currency at the exchange rate our payment processor may apply. You can pay with all major Debit Cards or Credit Cards. Please Note! The Refundable Deposit is refunded at the exchange rate our payment processor may apply.

Extra Insurance (CWD Waiver)

CWD Waiver of USD$250 Providing the vehicle is in Operated in accordance (Does not cover damage to rims or Tyres or Vehicle interiors or Upholstery). The Hire accepted Full Responsibility up to USD$2000 if the vehicle got Damage or caused by accident, theft, or loss or fire regardless of who is at fault.

Vehicle Delivery

We can offer Free Delivery and Pick up the Vehicle from North part of the Island (Castries, Rodney bay, Grosislet, Cap estate). if any Delivery or Pickup from South Part of the Island (George F L Charles Airport) will be added extra charges.

Other charges

Additional Drive US$3 per day maximum of US$30. Baby, and Childs are seat US$3 per day Maximum of US$30.

Other Conditions

  1. Vehicle to be returned to specific location by date and time specified. There is no grace period on vehicle return.
  2. Flat tires or Damage Rim caused by road hazards are the renter’s responsibility. If the renter gets a flat tire, call the Representative for Instructions.
  3. All road and traffic fines are the Renter’s Responsibility. We encourage you to pay them immediately.
  4. If the vehicle overheats, or cut off Renter must contact our Representative. Failure to do so will make the customer fully liable for repair costs.
